Beginner Books for Clarinet
These are a few popular books used by middle schools for beginner players or may be good as supplemental learning tools at home. They have easy to understand instructions to get you started.
Reeds are required and there are multiple options to choose from. The more popular brands are Vandoren & Rico. I would start with a 2.0 or 2.5 size as a true beginner. As you improve, you can start to level up to higher strength reeds.
While some instrument purchases come with a mouthpiece, others do not. Make sure to check with your seller to find out if you need to purchase separately. Here are a couple of recommended mouthpieces to check out. Also, check whether it includes a ligature (holds the reed onto the mouthpiece and/or mouthpiece cover. Option included below.

Music Stand
If you want a good quality music stand and don't need a portable stand, try this on out. It has over $5k reviews and still comes in at 4.7 stars. It also comes in multiple colors if you want to choose whichever color fits your personality. It adjusts to fit your height, so you can use it while sitting or standing. It does take a little bit of assembly, but there is a helpful video available with the link below. Also, check out the clarinet stand to help prevent you from having to lay your instrument down on the ground when taking a break.
Tuner & Metronome
As you get more experienced, it will be helpful to start using a metronome to practice staying on beat and a tuner to practice staying in tone. Try out one of these options.
